Domestic Orders
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and most ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm Central Time on Friday as well as orders placed throughout the weekend will likely be shipped on the following Monday.

All USPS shipping times (e.g. Priority Mail 2-Day) are merely estimates provided to us by USPS and are NOT GUARANTEED delivery times.  Packages shipped using this method may arrive earlier or later than the estimated shipping time. Priority Mail only guarantees delivery within 5 business days and, until that window has passed, refunds for shipping costs cannot be requested. 

The shipping charge for orders $49.00 and less is $2.99 for USPS First Class Mail and $6.99 for USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is free on orders over $49.00. Free shipping is valid for all 50 U.S. states, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and APO, DPO, FPO and other military addresses. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method before you submit your order.

Adult Signature Required Upon Delivery
MasterCard’s new rule governing the sale of e-cigarette products requires an adult signature upon delivery, and we expect other major credit card providers to soon follow MasterCard’s lead. In order to comply with this new rule, domestic shipments will require an adult 21 years of age with a government-issued ID to sign for the package.

International Orders
All international mail is shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or DHL Worldwide Express. The cost of shipping is based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Because we are not familiar with your local laws and e-cigarette importation regulations are so fluid, you (the customer) assume all shipping risk. Once a package leaves our facility, it is beyond our control and there is nothing we can do guarantee delivery. If your package is seized by customs, it is beyond our control. You (the customer) are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into your country. We mark all customs forms with the actual contents and prices. Please be knowledgeable about your country's laws and any restrictions regarding the importation of e-cigarettes or e-liquid before placing your order.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package. Although we will assist you in any way we can, all questions regarding package tracking and delivery should be directed to the carrier as we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands. We do not guarantee shipping times or dates. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and be aware of when it may be delivered.  

When shipping problems occur (i.e. tracking information shows the package as delivered, but the package was not received) it is best to IMMEDIATELY take the tracking number with you to your local post office for further inquiry and request that they locate the package. They often have more information regarding the delivery or may even be holding the package there. The delivery person may also be able to provide further information about where the package was left.  

IMPORTANT!:  If tracking information shows the package was delivered but it was not received, then you must notify us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered. If you do not notify us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered, then we will not be able to assist you.

Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can immediately file a claim with the shipper. It is also important that you hold onto any remnants of the packaging or products that were damaged as well as the packing slip that was included in the shipment so that evidence of the damage and proof of contents can be provided to the shipper if needed.

Returned Packages
Any package that is returned to us for any reason without a prior return authorization will be held for 10 days and then discarded. This includes orders that are returned due to an undeliverable address, refused packages, packages that were not picked up, etc. The package may be re-shipped upon request but payment of a second shipping fee to cover the cost of re-shipment will be required.

Tracking Orders
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Tracking numbers are usually sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1 business day of the order being placed. Depending on your email's spam filter settings, tracking numbers may arrive in your spam folder, so please check there as well.

Incorrect Orders
Roadside Vapes LLC is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled and shipped correctly. If you have questions or are unsure about a product or its function or compatibility, please contact us before placing your order. We are more than willing to provide a further product description, clear up any confusion or provide advice about the products we sell.

If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We will correct any mistakes that we have made, but we must be notified in a timely manner.
